As our clientele continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Pet Groomer to join our team. The Role We're seeking a talented Pet Groomer who takes pride in their craft and loves working with dogs of all breeds & sizes. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or a flexible part-time schedule, we offer a relax salon environment with built-in clientele from our daycare and boarding services where you can maximize your earnings. Come join the #1 Pet Care facility at the Delaware beaches! Key Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming including bathing, drying, clipping, hand-scissoring, and breed-standard cuts. Consult with pet parents to understand their grooming requests and provide expert recommendations. Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets throughout the grooming process. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming station. Identify and communicate any health or skin issues to the pet parent. Qualifications Prior professional experience as a pet groomer (a portfolio of past work is highly preferred). Proficiency in breed-standard cuts and handling various coat types. Strong animal handling skills with a gentle and patient approach. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must provide your own grooming tools (clippers, shears, etc.).

Compensation & Perks Highly Competitive Pay:

60/40 commission split (you keep 60% of the groom price).
