Responsibilities Provide attentive care for animals, including feeding, walking, and administering medications as needed Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills Maintain cleanliness of equipment and pets area Support animal behavior assessments and training exercises, including basic dog training techniques Perform outdoor work such as walking dogs in various weather conditions and supervising playtime in open spaces Experience Previous animal care experience is highly desirable, but not required. Experience in pet sitting, dog training, or animal care facilities demonstrates your ability to handle diverse animals effectively Skills in customer service help ensure positive interactions with pet parents Knowledge of animal restraint, and sanitation practices supports maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Outdoor work experience is beneficial for supervising pets during outdoor activities and walks Ability to perform team lifting safely and efficiently when handling an injured animal Requirements

• Must reside in Apopka, FL or surrounding areas, not farther than 8mi
• Must have reliable transportation, including proof of auto insurance
• Must be able to lift at least 35lbs
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Must be patient and empathetic towards animals and their humans
• Must have good attention to detail & communication skills
• Must be comfortable driving to clients homes
• Must understand that this is a very part time position and weekly hours are not always guaranteed, as they vary depending on client demand!
• Must be willing to submit a background check before official hire date!
