We are located on 13655 Vanderbilt Dr #108. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. We are a growing company and are always looking for ambitious team members to grow with us. Promotion and growth opportunities available! Additionally, the team shares tips on a monthly basis. On average, it equates to about $1.80 / hour additional pay (not included in advertised base rate pay). Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests (both two and four-footed) in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and schedule day care and boarding bookings Organize and process incoming and outgoing guests. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Ensure that all incoming guests' files are complete prior to check in, and all outgoing clients are sent with all their belongings. Follow up with guests after staying with us. Check-in and Check-out includes seeing the guest to their accommodation, or getting them from their accommodation, as well as taking their belongings to the proper places, and collecting all their belongings prior to check-out. Qualifications
MUST LOVE DOGS!
Moderate computer skills (our bookings systems are all web-baed systems) Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize. Friendly, kind and patient.
