Job Description

Luxe Pup Studio in Brandon, FL is looking for an experienced dog groomer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident grooming independently, takes pride in their work, and provides safe, quality grooms without needing to be micromanaged.
Responsibilities:
Complete full grooms, mini grooms, baths, nail trims, and basic grooming services Perform breed-specific cuts and pet trims Safely handle dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments Communicate professionally with clients about grooming needs Maintain a clean and organized grooming station Follow salon safety and sanitation procedures
What We're Looking For:
Previous professional dog grooming experience Ability to complete a groom from start to finish independently Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, and finishing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with both small and large dogs Good communication and customer service skills Must genuinely care about the safety and comfort of the dogs in your care
Position Details:
Full-time or part-time available Flexible scheduling Commission-based pay 100% of tips Opportunity to build a steady clientele Friendly, supportive, laid-back salon environment We are specifically looking for an experienced groomer who can step in and confidently handle their own appointments. Quality is more important to us than rushing through dogs. Applicants are encouraged to include photos of recent grooms or a grooming portfolio when applying.
Pay:
$500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
