Part-Time Salon Receptionist Dear Applicant, Scruffy To Fluffy Inc. is currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Salon Receptionist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting our salon or contacting us for information about our grooming services. We are looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates well, stays organized, and can maintain a positive and professional demeanor even during busy periods.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and checking pets in and out Answering phones and responding to client messages Scheduling and confirming appointments Processing transactions Maintaining accurate client and pet information Communicating with groomers and clients throughout the day Keeping the reception and lobby area clean and organized Providing friendly and professional customer service Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred. Familiarity with computers, office equipment, scheduling software, and POS systems is a plus. Applicants should also be comfortable working around dogs and cats in a busy grooming salon environment.

Required Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday:

1:00 PM until close

Saturday:

8:45 AM until close Closing time varies depending on the grooming schedule, typically between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.

Pay:

Starting at $15/hour, based on experience.
