Compensation:

$ 40% of the service performed Responsibilities Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling coats to meet client specifications and breed standards Handle animals safely and compassionately during grooming procedures, utilizing proper animal restraint techniques Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other hygienic grooming tasks with precision and care Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide recommendations for ongoing pet care Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in excellent condition Assist with pet handling during appointments, ensuring animals are comfortable and stress-free throughout the process Support additional pet care activities such as light veterinary assistance or animal handling when needed, including dog training or equine experience Qualifications Prior experience in pet grooming or animal handling is highly preferred; certification in pet coat styling is a plus Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician experience is advantageous Strong dog handling skills and familiarity with animal restraint techniques are essential Experience with veterinary assistance, animal care, or equine handling can enhance your contribution to our team Excellent communication skills to engage with pet owners confidently and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist with larger animals or equipment A genuine passion for animal welfare combined with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us in creating happy, healthy pets by delivering outstanding grooming services that leave a lasting impression!
