Fort Lauderdale, FL (Broward County). Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the grooming team, ensuring the proper execution of pet bathing, clipping, and styling services. Collaborate in the development of junior groomers, promoting a collaborative work approach. Assign tasks to grooming staff and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Review and approve services performed by groomers guaranteeing consistency in breed-specific styles and client requirements. Apply advanced grooming techniques for the management of smooth, double, curly, and continuous-growth coats, including performing clips under complex conditions such as severely matted or compacted coats and dense undercoats during deshedding processes, among others. Monitor the use, cleaning, and disinfection of equipment and workstations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and biosafety regulations. Identify visible conditions in the skin, coat, or behavior of pets and escalate recommendations when necessary. Provide customer service, resolve concerns, and ensure service satisfaction. Support the implementation of operating standards, process improvements, and service quality.

Requirements:

24 months of experience supervising or coordinating staff in animal care or pet grooming environments, with advanced knowledge in bathing, clipping, and styling techniques.

Skills/Certifications:
