Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pet Sitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and provide exceptional care for pets in their owners' absence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide food and water to pets as directed
• Walk dogs and engage in playtime with pets
• Care for pets overnight in their homes while their owners are away and perform basic house sitting duties (water plants, bring in mail, etc)
• Administer medication as needed
• Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners
• Maintain cleanliness of pet areas
• Monitor pets for any health or behavioral changes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pet care/sitting, veterinary assistance, kennel work, or animal handling
• Ability to handle various animals with care and compassion
• Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
• Great time management skills are essential
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility
• Reliable transportation is a must.

This position will handle both daily walks (flexible, and not required every weekday) and overnight pet care as needed.
