Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and friendly Client Care & Bathing Specialist to support both our front desk and bathing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dogs, communicates confidently with customers and can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on pet care. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, texts and client questions. Schedule appointments and confirm service details. Check clients and pets in and out. Explain pricing, promotions and membership options. Help new clients book before ending the call or visit. Rebook clients for their next appointment. Process payments and tips accurately. Ask satisfied clients for reviews. Perform full-service dog baths. Safely dry, brush and comb dogs. Trim nails and clean ears after proper training. Monitor dogs for signs of stress, illness or unsafe behavior. Report skin, coat, health or behavior concerns to management. Clean and disinfect tubs, kennels, tools and work areas. Assist with laundry, restocking and general salon cleanliness. Follow all safety, sanitation and animal-handling procedures. Qualifications Customer service, reception, retail or animal-care experience preferred. Prior professional bathing experience Comfortable working with dogs of different sizes and temperaments. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable discussing pricing and asking clients to book. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift or assist with dogs weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Basic computer and scheduling-system skills. Weekend availability is required. Compensation $14.00-15.00 per hour based on experience. Tips from bathing and nail services personally completed. $15 Royal Membership bonus after the client completes the second successful monthly payment. Paid training. Performance review after 90 days.
