• We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-rounded team member to join our busy dog grooming and boarding facility. This is a versatile role where you'll float between positions—Kennel technician as well as bathing and reception support in our grooming department. If you're a self-starter with excellent animal handling skills, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for pets, we'd love to meet you!

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and gentle handling of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to take initiative without constant supervision Comfortable using a computer and multi-line phone system to book appointments and assist clients Patient, kind, and truly loves working with animals Works well with a team and helps create a positive work environment Thrives in a busy atmosphere and able to multitask effectively Flexible schedule and available to work

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, check clients in and out, give tours, and book appointments and reservations Maintain accurate records in our computer system Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly Provide professional-quality baths, brushing, blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trims/filing, and express anal glands on request Walk, feed, medicate, and monitor our boarding guests Clean and sanitize all areas of the grooming and boarding facility, including yards and kennels

Requirements:

Must have availability to work hours between 7am - 6pm, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays Excellent people skills and customer service A true love for animals Punctual and dependable High attention to detail and pride in doing the job right Must provide resume, job history, references, availability, and start date

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week

Work Days:

Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends only
