We may be a retail pet store, but our grooming salon isn't just another department. Grooming is a special and important part of our business, and we want our groomers to feel that way. We're looking for that special person to join our salon and partner with us in giving our pets and pet parents an experience they can feel great about. Whether you're newer to grooming and ready to grow your skills or you've been behind the grooming table for years, we'd love to meet you and talk about our salon! What We Offer 50% Commission Split and a Fall Back Hourly Rate We want our groomers to be rewarded for the work they do and the clientele they build. And we'll provide what you need to do your job. We want you to be able to walk in, focus on your appointments, take great care of your dogs, and build relationships with your clients. Safety Comes FIRST A beautiful haircut is important, but the health and safety of every dog in our care comes first. Every time. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy. Our ideal groomer understands that every dog is different. We want someone who pays attention to behavior, stress levels, physical condition, and anything else that could affect the safety of the grooming experience. We want a groomer who will always choose the well-being of the pet over simply completing a groom. Quality That Keeps Them Coming Back We don't just want to complete appointments. We want to create long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants pet parents to be excited when they see their dog after every appointment.
