Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the evening boarding operations and ensuring all pets are cared for according to BayPaws' high standards. Leading and supporting the PM team to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for our furry guests. Monitoring group play sessions and individual activities to ensure safety and enjoyment. Communicating with pet parents about their pets' stay and addressing any questions or concerns. Assisting with feeding, cleaning, and enrichment activities to keep our guests happy and healthy. Ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed for the safety and well-being of pets and team members.
