While this is a seasonal role from October 2026 - January 2027, there is opportunity to join in a full time role with great performance. At Bay Paws, WE
DO IT DIFFERENTLY.
Boarding is not simply feeding pets, cleaning suites, and taking dogs outside. Families are trusting us with someone they love, often for days at a time. Our job is to notice the little things, maintain exceptional standards, make pets feel comfortable, and give their families confidence that they made the right choice. Our Boarding team is responsible for creating that experience. You will learn animal handling, pet behavior, health observation, sanitation, organization, communication, operational execution, and how a high-performing pet-care facility works behind the scenes. You will also be joining a growing company that believes strongly in developing leadership from within. The person cleaning a suite today may become the person leading a department tomorrow. We want people who take ownership, ask questions, solve problems, and want to become better than they were when they walked through our doors. Bay Paws is pushing beyond the traditional pet-resort model. If you want to be part of a company experimenting, improving, growing, and challenging how this industry has always operated, there is room for you on that journey. The untouched breakfast. The pet behaving differently than yesterday. The nervous dog finally relaxing enough to seek affection. The little details that tell us how an animal is really doing. That level of care is what we are building. If you want to grow with a company determined to raise the standard instead of simply following it, come build it with us.
