Hotels it's for those who work together for the love of pets. As a part of our team, you'll ensure that dogs feel extra loved while they are staying with us! We are looking for a full-time Administrative Receptionist/ Park attendant, to run day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding care and service to pets and their owners. The ideal candidate must be friendly, engaging, team development, customer service oriented and animal care environment adapted. Our new team member must provide information to guests by answering inquiries regarding the hotel and other services guests may require. Be proficient at typing e-mails, scanning documents, filing, client data entry, database maintenance, processing transactions and social media. What you will do at work
  • Front office and other matters depending on schedule positions.
  • Resolve costumers concerns with respect, empathy and professionalism to ensure solutions trough communication between costumers and management.
  • Create social media content of daily activities with the dogs at the facility.
  • Dog grooming assistant or park attendant in case is required.
  • Address team member concerns in a timely, respectful, empathic and solution focus way. The candidates must be open to learning and partaking in various departments
  • Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Previous dog-handling experience (1+ years). Customer Service experience (1+ years). Phone communication, retail, hospitality experience (preferred). Interested and qualified candidates should provide resume with references.

Full-time (35-40 hours week)

    Open availability, weekends and holidays.

    10 hour shift / 8 hour shift
