Job Description

About Nosy Nosy is not a traditional dog-walking company. We are building a different standard for pet care based on TRANSPARENCY, accountability, and trust. Instead of simply telling clients what happened during a visit, we show them. Our team records portions of each visit using a smartphone to create photo/video updates PLUS short visit vlogs for our clients which we send to them to see how their visit went! Clients absolutely love transparency that's why we have to be good at it! Pet owners get to see their pets' experience and know how their care was handled, what tone we use when speaking to their pets, how we treat situations and accidents, everything is recorded for them. Because of this, we are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable around animals and clients, physically active, punctual, and comfortable using a phone throughout their workday to record the visits they do. About the Position We are currently hiring for flexible/as-needed help, while also building our team for future opportunities. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible additional work rather than a traditional 9-5 schedule. At the moment, may include individual dog walks, drop-in visits, and occasional pet-sitting. Hours can vary depending on client bookings, so consistent or guaranteed weekly hours are not promised at this stage. Some opportunities may also be temporary or short-term depending on client needs. As Nosy grows fast currently, reliable team members may have the opportunity to take on additional clients and more consistent work. What You'll Do Complete scheduled dog walks and pet-care visits. Follow each client's care instructions carefully and consistently. Walk and safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels. Feed pets, refresh water, provide potty breaks, playtime, and other requested care. Arrive on time, and communicate promptly if an unexpected issue occurs. Record most of the portions of visits using your smartphone. Take clear photos and videos of pets during visits. Provide clients with the level of transparency and communication expected from Nosy. Communicate professionally and respectfully with pet owners. Observe pets for unusual behavior or concerns and report them appropriately. Respect clients' homes, privacy, property, and instructions at all times.

Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license. Reliable smartphone with a good working camera. Comfortable using smartphone apps, photos, videos, messaging. Dependable and punctual. Experience safely handling different breeds, sizes, and temperaments of dogs. Comfortable taking quality photos and videos. Basic video-editing or social-media/content skills. This Position May NOT Be Right for You If… You need guaranteed full-time or fixed weekly hours immediately. You are frequently late or unavailable after accepting scheduled visits. You are uncomfortable being outdoors and physically active. You are uncomfortable recording photos/videos as part of your work. You dislike communicating directly with clients. You are looking for a traditional dog-walking job where you simply complete a walk and leave. Why Nosy Is Different Our clients trust us with their pets, homes, and family members. We take that responsibility seriously that why we are expending faster then other companies. At Nosy, transparency isn't an extra feature—it's the foundation of our service. We don't want our clients to simply hear, "Your dog had a great walk!" We want them to see it.
