Luxury Pet Care Specialist (Dog Walking + Enrichment + Overnight Care) Baldwin Park / Winter Park (Must live within 5 miles) About Us We are a high-end, concierge-style pet care company providing thoughtful, reliable, and elevated care. Our clients trust us with their homes and pets, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are not a typical dog walking company — we focus on structure, enrichment, and understanding each pet's unique needs. The Role We are seeking dependable, professional individuals who take pride in their work and genuinely care about animals. This role includes a combination of: Structured, enrichment-based dog walks Behavior-aware handling using positive reinforcement In-home pet sitting (client homes) Overnight stays (client homes and/or boarding in your home) Detailed client communication and updates Important Requirement This role requires flexibility to provide overnight care and/or boarding in your home . This is a core part of our services, and applicants must be comfortable with: Staying overnight in client homes Or hosting pets in their own home (when appropriate) Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment Who This Is PERFECT For Someone interested in dog behavior, enrichment, or psychology Individuals who are responsible, trustworthy, and independent People who take their commitments seriously and show up consistently Those who enjoy a mix of active work (walks) and calmer care (overnights) Someone who values client experience and professionalism Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Must live within 5 miles of Baldwin Park or Winter Park Strong availability (including mornings, evenings, and weekends) Willingness to provide overnight care and/or boarding Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Professional, respectful, and highly dependable Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Bonus (Highly Valued) Experience with positive reinforcement techniques Background in animal care, vet clinics, or training environments Experience with anxious, reactive, or high-energy dogs Interest in enrichment-based or behavior-focused care Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Competitive per-visit and overnight rates + bonus opportunities Important This is not a casual or occasional position. We are building a reliable, long-term team and are looking for individuals who are committed, flexible, and take pride in representing a high-end service.
