Paws in the Peach is a locally-owned pet care company looking for a reliable, kind, and experienced pet care professional to join our team. Ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while spending time caring for pets in a hands-on, meaningful way. We provide midday dog walking and drop-in visits for our Atlanta clients, and are committed to making sure pets are happy, safe, and cared for while their humans are busy or traveling.

What This Role Looks Like:

Monday - Thursday 11am - 1:30pm 10 hours a week Flexibility Evenings and Weekends is a plus for additional work. You'll handle: Dog walking (primary) Cat care (occasionally) Pet care updates & client communication Basic home care (refreshing water, cleaning up after pets, etc.) Business Card Drop Offs at local pet businesses (option to help with posting on social media) Who This Is a

You have prior experience:

pet sitting, dog walking, daycare, vet tech, grooming, boarding, or shelter work. (Confidant in your ability to read cat/dog body language) You're looking for consistent, supplemental income You're looking for a job that adds joy to your life, not stress You're reliable, independent, and communicate well. You have a car, a flexible daytime schedule, and can comfortably work outdoors in all weather.

The Basics:

18+ years old Able to pass a criminal background check Reliable smartphone with data plan Physically able to walk multiple dogs safely in various weather conditions Committed for at least 8-12+ months

Extra Helpful:

Dog Training Experience Previous experience working with animals professionally Pet CPR/First Aid certification (or open to obtaining) Experience with senior pets or medication administration
