Job Description

A day in the life of a

Kennel Assistant:

Maintain the cleanliness of the kennel, including kennel area, runs, office space, and outside grounds. Work independently. Feed and water dogs. Monitor and record important information about the animals. Let dogs out in groups. Maintain laundry throughout the day and keep laundry area neat. Bathe and blow dry dogs. Check in and out clients Responsibilities /

Qualifications:

Flexible schedule including weekend/holiday shifts. (WEEKENDS are required) Must have basic computer skills. Must have strong communication skills, good judgment and be able to manage stressful situations. Must have the physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast paced and challenging environment. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
