It's a steady, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, even when no one is watching. We're happy to train the right person. Many of them have tried other places and are looking for something more calm, more consistent, and more personal. That means this role isn't "just helping"—you're part of the experience they rely on. Growth Opportunity There is room to grow here for the right person, especially someone interested in learning more about dog behavior and training over time.
