Responsibilities:

• Provide grooming services to a variety of dog breeds
• Perform bathing, drying, brushing, and styling of fur
• Trim/file nails, clean/pluck ears, and teeth brushing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming sessions
• Closing duties which include cleaning tub & kennels, vacuuming/sweeping, and laundry
• Providing adequate customer service during check-in & check-out process, as well as phone interactions
• Navigating grooming software

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pet groomer
• Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles
• Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
• Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Must provide quality clipper & scissor work
