As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, fun, structured, and training-focused environment for the dogs in our care. We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who genuinely love dogs, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to make a positive difference in the lives of the dogs we care for. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage with dogs during group play, activities, and daily routines while maintaining a safe and controlled environment. Implement enrichment activities that provide physical exercise, mental stimulation, and positive social interaction. Monitor dog behavior and interactions , recognizing signs of stress, overstimulation, or inappropriate behavior and responding appropriately. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all dogs and team members through regular cleaning and upkeep of daycare areas. Build positive relationships with the dogs by learning their individual personalities, needs, behaviors, and play styles. Work closely with the team to provide consistent, high-quality care for every dog. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and be comfortable both providing and receiving constructive feedback. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments Energetic and comfortable working in a physically active environment Observant and attentive to dog behavior and body language Able to remain calm and confident in a busy group-play environment Willing to learn and follow our training and dog-handling methods A strong team player with good communication skills Comfortable with the less glamorous parts of working with dogs—including cleaning, picking up waste, and keeping play areas sanitary Previous professional dog-handling experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for dogs are equally important.
