Leashes and Litterboxes Atlanta is growing again and looking for a new pet sitter/dog walker to join the team! We have so much fun providing award-winning pet care all across Atlanta for the last 11 years - there is nothing better than walking dogs in the sunshine and getting paid to do it! This is a contract role and part-time. We are currently looking for (1) person in the Smyrna/Vinings area. We have several regular clients with repeating weekday visits as well as new requests coming in throughout the week that this role would be helping with. This would also include weekend work. Our clients are amazing and so are their pets! Your availability would need to be throughout the week and weekend with more opportunity and upside for a sitter/walker on the weekends and holidays if you would want it. The holidays include additional fees that mean more money in the pocket of the walker/sitter. It's the perfect opportunity for someone that's looking for a flexible schedule or likes the variety of some really busy days versus some slower ones, but all with an opportunity to spend time with adorable pets!

Compensation:

This is a contract role. 50% of each completed service + 100% of tips. For example, a 30-minute visit is $27 - meaning $13.50 would be received by the walker/sitter for only 30 minutes of your time! You will be paid weekly.

Job Tasks:

It's really straightforward! Your number one responsibility is providing the best care for our client's pets - this includes walking dogs, cat care, feeding animals, playing with the animals, cleaning litter boxes, miscellaneous household needs (check mail, water a plant or two, etc.). It also means communicating with the client ahead of and after visits.

Job Requirements:

You love animals and providing exceptional care! Specific experience in caring for animals is preferred. You live in Smyrna or Vinings area You're 21 years or older with a working smartphone, valid driver's license, and reliable car. You are honest and hold yourself to high standards - you must be willing to submit a background check and have at least three references. You are physically capable of walking dogs, lifting 25+ pounds (food/litter).
