Fast Tracks:
Full-time Dog Daycare Lead Daycare Leads report to: Owner, General Manager Full-timers are guaranteed 40 hours a week . Afternoon, and evening hours available on both weekdays and weekends. Some weekends and holidays may be required. Overtime will be applied after 40hrs worked. Any time off must be scheduled and approved.Benefits include:

Employees should be reliable , hardworking , motivated , and have a positive attitude . Starting Pay of $14-$16 and an additional tip sharing program , as well as a raise after 90 days. Pay is based on experience and the individual's skills. Ensure daycare operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Work closely with Daycare Attendants to provide a safe and fun play environment for all dogs. Be a leader and role model Daycare Attendants can look up to by: Having a better understanding of dog behavior Keeping employee morale high and activities engaging (with the dogs) Keeping all play areas sanitized and maintain a clean facility Maintaining a calm yet assertive attitude when problems occur Positive and friendly attitude to both co-workers and clients Ensure a positive and harassment free workplace Making responsible and well-thought decisions Daycare Leads will perform, and ensure the completion of, many tasks to ensure operations are running effectively.Those tasks include:
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment to prevent illness as well as showcase our clean and professional facility when clients are viewing daycare activities. Provide direction to employees to ensure daycare areas are clean, running smoothly, and safely at all times. Assist in training new Daycare Attendants by providing positive feedback and suggestions for performance improvement and set clear expectations regarding cleaning and safe daycare operations. Review dogs, their temperaments, and our procedures often. Communicate daily with the Owner, Facility Manager, and General Manager regarding any concerns with Daycare Attendants, facility, and dogs. Model and coach excellent customer service by speaking of clients and dogs in a positive light - focusing on the good, building rapport with customers by fostering relationships with their pets, and handing any escalated situations over to management. We provide additional thorough training through PackPro, a series of videos to give you tools and confidence to manage large play groups, recognize signs of aggression or nervousness before it escalates, and monitor any health issues in our play yards.Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
At least 1 year working with multiple dogs in a formal setting, preferably dog daycare/boarding experience. Good oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, independent worker who can work in a team environment Leadership experience or training, proven ability to lead Good organization, anticipation, and planning skills Solid decision maker with great problem-solving skills Positive and friendly, hard-working attitudeAbout Fast Tracks:
