Bark Bark Club is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to be the friendly face (and voice) that welcomes our clients and keeps our front desk running smoothly!

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, personalized service to all Bark Bark Club clients Book grooming, daycare, and boarding appointments based on time-specific requirements Promote and sell services, add-ons, and retail products with confidence Check pets in and out efficiently, following all BBC protocols Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and organized manner Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and pet information Communicate ongoing promotions and packages with in-depth service knowledge Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and organized Participate in promoting our services and products to clients Perform opening/closing duties, including handling the cash drawer and end-of-day procedures

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Brings a positive energy to the workspace Team player Excited and willing to learn Sales-minded with attention to detail Organized, punctual, and tech-savvy Comfortable in a busy, pet-friendly environment Previous receptionist or clerical experience preferred

position. Once training is complete, you will work the following set schedule :

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

THURSDAY/FRIDAY
OFF Saturday:

8am

•5pm
