About the Role LaBest Pet Resort and Spa is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Dog Daycare Attendants to join our team! In this role, you'll provide attentive care, supervision, and a fun environment for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage dogs in a safe, controlled daycare environment Monitor behavior and ensure the safety of all pets Maintain cleanliness of play areas and facilities Provide excellent customer service to pet owners Communicate effectively with team members and clients Assist with feeding, basic care, and cross-training in other service areas Qualifications Pet care experience preferred (not required) Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing and being active for extended periods Strong communication and listening skills Professional appearance with a positive, enthusiastic attitude Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules Preferred Skills Dog handling, daycare, or boarding experience Knowledge of animal behavior and basic training Customer service and sales experience Pet sitting and dog walking experience Schedule We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions Monday-Saturday with the following shifts: 7:00 AM

• 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM
• 4:30 PM, and 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Some weekends required LaBest does not require staff to work on major holidays.

Team members may be scheduled to work the weekend before or after a holiday, but not on the holiday itself.
