Job Description

K9 Country Club is now interviewing professional, experienced pet groomers to join our team! As a Groomer at K9 Country Club, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pets by providing high-quality grooming and styling services in a friendly, professional environment. Our goal is to help every pet look and feel their best while providing excellent service to their owners. Depending on your professional grooming experience, skill level, and schedule, grooming services may include: Bathing, brushing, and blow drying Haircuts and breed-specific styling Trimming and scissoring Dematting Nail trimming and grinding Ear cleaning Gland expression Teeth brushing Specialty grooming services Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of professional pet grooming experience required Must be comfortable grooming and styling pets according to owner instructions and/or standard breed styles Must have your own professional grooming equipment Must be comfortable handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments Must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to animal safety and care Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires standing and walking for extended periods as well as bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting throughout the workday. Groomers must be able to safely lift and/or assist with animals and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more . Why Join K9 Country Club?
