We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Kennel Technician to join our small, family-owned dog boarding and training business. This is not a job where you'll spend the day cuddling puppies. It involves cleaning, caring for dogs, and helping keep our facility running smoothly. If you take pride in hard work and love seeing dogs thrive, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Cleaning kennels, crates, play areas, and equipment Feeding and watering dogs according to instructions Supervising dogs during potty breaks and supervised play Walking dogs and monitoring their health and behavior Assisting with services like baths, dog play, hangouts. Laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general facility cleaning Assisting with check-in and check-out when needed Following safety and sanitation protocols at all times Property care such as mowing (push and/or ride on), weed pulling or spraying

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is dependable and arrives on time Loves dogs but can also work professionally around them Is comfortable working in all weather conditions Can lift up to 50 pounds Is physically active and able to be on their feet for much of the shift Works well independently and pays attention to detail Is willing to work weekends and some holidays, as these are our busiest times Experience Previous experience with dogs is helpful but not required. We will train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Compensation Starting pay:
