Key Responsibilities Pamper Pups :
Bathe and dry dogs to Bark & Bone's high standards, ensuring each pup leaves clean, fresh, and fabulous.
Safe Handling :
Gently and confidently handle and restrain dogs during bathing and drying, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
Team Support :
Collaborate with the grooming team to keep the salon running smoothly, supporting daily goals and maintaining a positive, teamwork-driven environment.
Cleanliness & Organization :
Regularly clean and sanitize bathing areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a spotless and safe workspace.
Pet Monitoring :
Observe each dog's behavior and well-being during their spa session, reporting any concerns to ensure their health and happiness.
Process Adherence :
Follow established bathing and drying protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in our grooming flow. Qualifications Passion for dogs and a commitment to their well-being. Experience in pet bathing, grooming, or animal care is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a wet, furry, fast-paced environment. Patience, empathy, and confidence in handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, pet-centric environment with a "No Gossip, Only Solutions" approach.
Schedule Hours :
Part Time (24•32 hours/week) and Full Time (32-40 hours/week) available, 8-hour shifts (typically 8:30•4:30)
Availability :
Must have open availability and be available to work at least one weekend day per week, with potential for additional weekend shifts to cover team members on PTO.
