Must Love Dogs! We are a doggy daycare, boarding, training and grooming facility seeking a friendly and professional part
  • time/full time receptionist to join our team.
This position could be part time AM or PM or a split shift between the two. As the first point of contact for the business you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. ```Duties```
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer phone calls
  • Provide information about our products and services to clients
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for facility and staff using company software
  • Checking customers in and out for the day, taking payment and managing nightly deposits
  • Building a rapport with clients and their pets. Some interaction and handling of dogs may be necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and organization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment ```Requirements```
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Some dog handling skills are a bonus.
