The Kennel Technician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. Kennel Technicians should be well-organized and patient to work with dogs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling animals of all sizes and temperaments. Cleaning and dog safety are our #1 priority. Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients by providing care for their pets Clean kennels, cages, and equipment in a timely manner Maintain a clean environment for animals and customers Maintain a high standard of care towards all animals in the care of the company Adhere to all health and safety standards for animals in the care of the company Maintain a high level of professionalism towards all employees, customers, clients, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Experience:
Kennel Technicians who have experience working with animals should have: Knowledge of how to properly care for animals (e.g. feeding, cleaning, medication administration) Knowledge of animal behavior (in-house training program will be provided)
