We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and highly responsible individual for a long-term position . We invest heavily in training our team, so we are strictly looking for candidates who want a permanent, long-term weekend role— NOT a short-term job for just a few months. Shift Schedule & Hours (Split-Shift Structure)
- This position requires a unique weekend split schedule centered around our dogs' feeding, daycare, and pickup routines: Saturdays (Split Shift): Day Shift (6:00 AM
- 4:00 PM): Manage daytime daycare and boarding. This includes checking in morning grooming drop-offs. Public pickups end at 3:00 PM, followed by final cleanup until 4:00 PM. Break (4:00 PM
- 6:00 PM): Enjoy a 2-hour break off the clock. Evening Shift (6:00 PM
- Completion): Return for evening routines (usually 1 hour, approx. 6:00 PM
- 7:00 PM) to handle dinner, evening potty breaks, and bedtime routines depending on the boarding count. Sundays (Split Shift): Morning Shift (6:00 AM
- Completion): Handle independent morning care. We are closed to the public, so this shift is flexible and typically takes 1 to 2+ hours depending on how many dogs are boarded. Evening Shift (3:00 PM
- Completion): Prepare for evening routines and handle public client pickups from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM .
Once dinner, bedtime routines, and final facility lockdown are finished (typically around 6:00 PM), your shift is complete!
