Starting at $16 per hour | Growth & advancement opportunities available. High performers move quickly into leadership roles with pay increases. Working with dogs is incredibly rewarding, but let's be honest, it's also hard work. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to "play with dogs all day." We are looking for disciplined, dependable, high-energy team members who thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. This is a career opportunity for the right person and not a short-term job.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

  • You move quickly and stay organized.
  • You take pride in doing things right.
  • You don't complain about physical work.
  • You want to grow and earn promotions.
  • You show up on time.
Every time. If you're looking for an easy job where you scroll your phone all day, this isn't it.
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY REQUIRES
This is an active, hands-on position. You can expect to average 10,000-30,000+ steps per shift and will be on your feet for much of the day.

  • Handle groups of dogs safely and confidently.
  • Deep clean kennels multiple times daily.
  • Sweep, mop, and pressure wash.
  • Feed and medicate dogs as directed.
  • Supervise structured daycare, enrichment and playgroups.
  • Assist with bathing, brushing, blow drying, and nail trims as needed.
  • Follow sanitation and safety protocols consistently.

  • A team that values discipline, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
  • A clean, structured, and safe work environment.
  • The satisfaction of knowing you make a difference in dogs' lives every day.
At Camp K9, we believe dogs deserve more than just supervision. They deserve understanding, structure, and intentional care. Our team provides hands-on care, structured play, and a safe environment for every dog in our facility.
