Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Handle animals safely and gently using proper restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures Assess each pet's health condition, noting any abnormalities or concerns that may require veterinary attention or further care Maintain a clean, organized grooming area by sanitizing tools, cages, and workstations regularly Communicate effectively with pet owners to discuss grooming preferences, provide care advice, and answer questions about pet hygiene Support other team members with kennel duties or additional animal handling responsibilities as required Skills At least 2 years of experience in pet grooming, including breed-specific cuts and styling techniques Strong animal handling skills across various species including dogs and cats Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy pets Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience Familiarity with animal care standards and kennel routines Capable of maintaining composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments while managing multiple animals simultaneously Join us to turn your love for animals into a rewarding career where every day brings new opportunities to care for pets with enthusiasm and expertise!
