Overview Join our dynamic pet care team as a Dog Boarding/Daycare Manager, where your passion for animals and leadership skills will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment for dogs in our care. In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily operations of our pet boarding and daycare facilities, ensuring exceptional service for pets and peace of mind for their owners. Your expertise will help foster a positive atmosphere, promote animal well-being, and support a collaborative team dedicated to pet happiness. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for animals with management responsibilities in a vibrant setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the dog boarding and daycare facility, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high-quality pet care standards Lead and motivate a team of pet care associates, providing training on animal handling, behavior management, and customer service techniques Oversee pet intake and discharge processes, accurately recording health information and special needs of each dog Monitor animal behavior closely, applying proper restraint techniques and handling skills to ensure safety for pets and staff Maintain facility sanitation by implementing cleaning protocols and sanitization procedures to promote animal health and hygiene Coordinate outdoor activities, playtime, and exercise routines that promote mental stimulation and physical well-being Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs, behaviors, and any concerns that arise during stay or daycare This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments dedicated to animal welfare.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
