Duties Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Handle animals with care, ensuring proper restraint and safety during grooming procedures Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming environment within the mobile unit, including equipment and tools Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming needs, pet health considerations, and after-care instructions Assist in animal restraint and handling during grooming to ensure safety for both pets and staff Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience Manage heavy lifting of grooming supplies or equipment as needed to facilitate efficient service delivery Skills Proven experience in pet grooming, including pet coat styling and pet nail trimming Strong dog handling skills with the ability to manage animals of various temperaments safely Background in veterinary or animal care fields such as veterinary technician experience or veterinary assistant experience is highly desirable Knowledge of animal handling techniques, animal restraint, and pet sitting practices Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners confidently and professionally Familiarity with kennel experience or heavy lifting requirements for mobile setup logistics Ability to perform under energetic conditions while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for animals Join us in delivering joyful grooming experiences right at the doorstep of pets' homes!
