Daycare & Boarding Attendant -

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Kennel Assistant with hands-on animal care experience. This role is physical, fast-paced, and ideal for someone passionate about dogs, who thrives in a team environment and isn't afraid to get dirty. You'll help with everything from daily dog care to cleaning, customer interaction, and assisting with training or grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

Feed, water, walk, and monitor dogs daily. Clean kennels, crates, floors, and outdoor yards (including waste removal). Assist with dog check-ins/check-outs and communicate with clients. Handle laundry, wash bowls, and keep facilities sanitized. Move dogs safely between play areas and supervise group play. Support grooming (bathing/blow drying) and assist trainers when needed. Requirements (MUST meet all): 18+ years old Prior animal care experience. Mature, drama-free, and dependable (great references required). Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in all weather. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Not afraid of dogs - including large, high-energy breeds. Able to follow instructions and work independently. Comfortable with cleaning (including urine, feces, etc.). Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, phone, and email. Able to pass a background check & drug screen. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
