Job Description

Position open immediately for a full-time leadership role at our busy dog boarding, training and daycare facility located in North Reading, MA. We are looking to hire an All-In Leader.
JOB DUTIES
Duties include employee management and development, scheduling, oversight of daily operations and administrative tasks. Duties may include helping your team to care for dogs of varying breeds, sizes and activity levels, supervising indoor and outdoor play groups in all weather, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This position is approximately 40 hours per week (depending on facility needs). This position is physical and requires acute awareness of surroundings and 100% supervision when working with our dogs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will be very self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, pet-focused, team-centric environment. Previous pet experience in a similar environment is required, with management experience preferred. On the job training will be provided. We require that all applicants prescribe to the humane training, handling and care of animals.
Requirements for ideal candidate:

Able to work weekends and holidays (we rotate this as fairly as possible) Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds & care for/handle dogs up to 100 pounds in size comfortably Comfortable working with standard cleaning products used in animal care environments, with openness to discussing any sensitivities or allergies.
