Job Description

Immediate opening for candidates with experience only! We're searching for experienced, reliable individuals with a passion for pet care. We value long-term commitment and seek candidates with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Located in Norton, MA and servicing a 10-mile radius, we provide pet sitting and dog walking to a range of animals. Monday to
Friday:
7am to 3pm or 7am to 1/2pm We are NOT hiring anyone who does not have animal experience at this time. Must be 18 or older and live local to Norton, MA. Responsibilities, include but not limited to: Drive to clients home and local trails Walk dogs on a regular basis, ensuring their safety and well-being Monitor all pets for any signs of distress or illness during visits Follow specific instructions for each individual visit Clean up after all pets and dispose of waste properly Ensure pet safety and home security display loyalty, willingness to learn, and discipline
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in pet care (required) Reliable transportation and clean driving record (required) Must pass a background check (required) Smartphone for app usage (required) Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Ability to handle and restrain dogs as well as other animals of various sizes and temperaments Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting Familiarity with equine care is a plus but not required
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
