Pay:
From $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Job description : We're a Dog Daycare business in North Metro Boston . We have four sites and are looking to add an experienced leadership candidate to the team, specifically in Peabody at this time. Pay based on past experience. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, and experienced with managing teams in a round the clock schedule. Also, someone who truly enjoys spending time with dogs and who is internally motivated to provide a very high quality of care to our dogs and their owners. The role will require meaningful past dog daycare experience, comfort with the operations and procedures most daycares use, and the ability and willingness to manage and train others. Duties include but are not limited to: Collaborating with the assistant manager in different tasks General administrative duties as needed Managing budgets and maintaining performance metrics Maintain staff by orienting and training employees as needed; maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment Work with the team to assure quality pet care Maintain communication to the team about job expectations and keep the team members engaged in their duties Provide coaching/feedback Enforce policies and productivity standards Occasional overtime as business requires You are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure a satisfactory customer experience Flexible/adaptable schedule is required
Experience :
Prior related work experience (at dog daycares, kennels, etc) is required for this role

Pay competitive w/ industry and commensurate with experience.
