We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Groomer who loves what they do and wants to grow in a supportive, fun environment. What You'll Do Perform full grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes Bathe, trim, de-matt, shave, and style with precision and care Maintain grooming tools and workspace clean and organized Provide a calm, safe, and positive grooming experience Communicate clearly and kindly with pet parents Use phone or computer tools to schedule appointments, answer client messages, and process payments Qualifications Proven experience as a professional pet groomer Knowledge of grooming techniques and canine anatomy Patience, compassion, and confidence with all types of dogs Detail-oriented with strong grooming and finishing skills Friendly, professional, and reliable Comfortable using digital tools for client communication Must live near or have reliable transportation to Sterling, MA. Requirements Must provide photos or portfolio of previous grooming work Availability on weekdays and/or weekends Punctual and professional at all times Compensation Independent Contractor position (1099) 50/50 commission split The more pets you groom, the more you earn!
