Join The Ruff House Team The Ruff House provides daycare and boarding in a safe, supervised environment. Our team gets to know each dog, pays attention to canine body language, and helps dogs enjoy active, safe play. Dog Daycare and Boarding Positions This is a busy, physical job. You'll be on your feet for much of your shift, supervising groups of dogs, cleaning play areas, picking up after dogs, and working indoors and outdoors. You'll need to stay alert, redirect play when needed, and pitch in with your teammates. Applicants must be at least 18 and have experience working with dogs in a daycare, boarding facility, or similar group setting. Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are essential. Some Weekend availability is required. Availability during the summer and around holidays is also required , as these are some of our busiest times. Daycare shifts are 3-8 hours and fall between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Boarding shifts may include evenings, overnights, and weekends. Positions offer approximately 15-30 hours per week. Dog Daycare/Retail Sales/Social Media Position We're also looking for a local person who can work onsite with our team. This role includes helping customers in our retail area, learning about the dog food and wellness products we carry, and creating social media content that reflects life at The Ruff House. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with customers, has a strong interest in dog nutrition, and can take initiative with photos, videos, and posts. This is an onsite position.
