What we need:

3+ years grooming experience. Confident across breeds, coats, and temperaments. A natural at client relationships. You recommend services, rebook appointments, and build trust. Clients request you by name. Breed-specific styling and attention to what clients actually want. Comfortable upselling — you know what each dog needs and can communicate it. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Comfortable lifting dogs up to 70 lbs and on your feet through a full day. Professional with every dog and every owner.
