Ally 4 Pets, LLC is a locally owned, professional pet care company looking for dependable, compassionate Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers to join our team. In this role, you will provide in-home pet care and mid-day dog walking visits for our clients. Compensation Typical earnings are $15-$30 per hour , depending on visit type, schedule, and availability Compensation is based on completed client visits Pay periods run from the 1st-15th and 16th-end of each month Pay is generally issued approximately 3 business days after the end of each pay period, although timing may vary slightly by bank Schedule & Availability Client visits are scheduled between approximately 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM , depending on client needs.

Applicants should be available:

At least 3 days per week At least 2 weekends per month For some major holidays throughout the year, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day We work with our team members to build schedules around their availability and client demand. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable, registered, and properly insured vehicle for work-related travel Reliable smartphone with internet access Ability to respond promptly to client and team communications Comfortable learning and using a mobile scheduling and communication app Familiarity with the local service area Professional references Successful completion of a background check Ability to complete required Pet First Aid & CPR training Ability to commit to the position for at least 6 months Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking and occasional lifting Must meet company and insurance requirements for driving and performing pet care services Preferred Qualifications The following experience is helpful but not required : Pet sitting or dog walking Animal care or handling Veterinary, grooming, kennel, shelter, or rescue experience Dog behavior or training We hire for compassion, reliability, and integrity first.
