If you enjoy spending time with dogs and cats, working independently, and being outdoors, this could be the perfect part-time opportunity. What You'll Do Walk dogs of all sizes and breeds Visit cats and other small pets in clients' homes Feed pets, provide fresh water, and administer medications when needed Scoop litter boxes and clean up pet accidents when necessary Provide companionship and enrichment for pets Send visit updates with photos through our mobile app Maintain professionalism while caring for clients' homes and pets Schedule Part-time throughout the 7-Day Work Week (including weekends) Some evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Visits are scheduled throughout the day, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Genuine love of animals Excellent reliability and punctuality Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently Smartphone with reliable internet access Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to walk several miles each day in all weather conditions Able to pass a criminal background check What We Offer Flexible scheduling Paid training Competitive pay Mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Supportive management team Opportunity for advancement The chance to spend your workday with amazing pets About Prance Around Pet Services Founded in 2006, Prance Around Pet Services has built a reputation for dependable, professional pet care throughout Maryland.
