https://youtu.be/o2g0NDAM7Q4 Shifts typically run 6:00am to 1:00pm / & / 12:30pm to 8:00pm. •We are currently looking for someone available for mostly morning shifts (6:00am to 1:00pm), with occasional evening shifts. Healthy Hound Playground is an upscale dog daycare, boarding, and grooming kennel facility located in Sterling, VA, Northern VA (NOVA), Fairfax, VA and Rockville, MD. We are looking to hire folks whose personalities and work ethic will match the high standards we have set for this innovative dog daycare. You will enjoy working here if you love dogs and are diligent about following direction.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee daycare attendants, and ensure rooms are properly staffed and running smoothly. Work closely with the Facility Manager Assist reception with dog checkin/check out during am and pm rushes. Introduce new dogs into the pack, then contact owners to give them a review. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed Identify issues / communicate & resolve with management. Interact with customers in a mature, professional manner.

Professional demeanor and ability to converse with clients Excellent customer service skills Genuine love for dogs / animals Ability to work well with others Calm disposition Attention to detail when completing tasks and marking forms to track feeding, walks, and medication administration Able to act quickly when needed for the welfare of the dogs Punctuality & reliable attendance Able to work holidays & partial weekends Must have reliable transportation
