What You'll Do:

• Provide daily care for dogs, cats, and other household pets (feeding, walking, cleaning up after pets, administering medications as needed)
• Keep pets happy and healthy by following specific care instructions.
• Conduct in-home visits and overnight stays as required
• Communicate with pet owners through updates, reports, and photos
• Work independently with a high level of responsibility and care
• Assist with light admin tasks or client communication, as needed
• Meet new furry friends every day and enjoy the joy of spending time with animals.
• Recieve quality training to deal with an assortment of animal temperaments

Requirements:

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being
• Someone who's comfortable and confident around animals. Previous pet care experience is a bonus
• Reliable transportation is required
• you'll need a vehicle to travel between pet visits, you will be traveling between Silver Spring and parts of NW DC
• Availability for weekends and holidays. Overnights is a requirement
• Strong communication and time-management skills
