Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and supervision to our furry guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for animals and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the behavior and interactions of dogs in the daycare facility Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, including fetch, tug-of-war, and other interactive games Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, and common spaces Monitor dogs for any signs of illness or distress and report any concerns to the appropriate staff memberSkills:
Strong dog handling skills, including the ability to safely restrain dogs when necessary Knowledge of basic animal behavior and training techniques Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members Physical stamina to handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAvailable Shifts:
11am-4pm on Saturdays 7:30am-10am & 3:30pm-6pm on Sundays 3:30-6pm Monday-Friday This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. We will provide all necessary training.
