Job description: We are hiring friendly, guest-oriented team members! You will run our front desk while greeting and caring for our pups & parents. You will be responsible for greeting our parents in a friendly manner, checking our pups in and out of our system, updating customer profiles, and accepting payment for services. This position will also give informational tours and will greet and work with new customers during the meet & greet process. You will be able to work with friendly teammates in a supportive, happy work environment. You are a great candidate for this position if: You have a "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic You consistently have a smile on your face and enjoy social interaction with both dogs and people You are undeniably reliable and roll up your sleeves to get the work done. Greet parents & pups promptly and warmly. Practice superior customer service by consistently accepting and returning DayPlay and NightStay Pups to delighted parents with our polite service Excellent phone etiquette —answering phones promptly, professionally, and with a friendly smile Give informative Parent tours while up-selling our services Desire to learn and have first-hand knowledge of how to effectively manage and lead a room of pups in DayPlay Desire to learn or have first-hand knowledge on modern, compassionate animal care methods Ability to work with groups of dogs
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation, must have weekend availability.
