Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team. As a Pet Bather, you will be responsible for providing bathing and grooming services to our furry clients. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Duties:

• Bathe and groom pets according to client specifications and breed standards
• Perform basic grooming tasks such as brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning
• Handle animals with care and ensure their safety and well-being during the bathing process
• Assist in restraining animals during grooming procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area and grooming tools
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about pet care

Experience:

• Previous experience in pet care, pet grooming, or veterinary settings is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic animal care techniques and handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working with various dog breeds and sizes

Skills:

• Pet sitting experience is a plus
• Familiarity with animal restraint techniques
• Knowledge of veterinary practices and procedures
• Passion for pet care and grooming
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle dogs of all temperaments and sizes
