Pawsitively Perfect is looking for an experienced, reliable Dog Groomer to join our team! We are a cage-free grooming facility focused on providing a low-stress, positive experience for every dog in our care. We are looking for someone who is confident in working independently, takes pride in their work, and prioritizes both grooming quality and humane handling.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional grooming experience. Must provide a portfolio of previous grooming work. Must be comfortable grooming all breeds and sizes, from small dogs to extra large breeds. Must be comfortable working with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts, coat types, bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, nail care, and finishing techniques. Must be comfortable adapting grooming and handling techniques based on each dog's age, temperament, physical needs, and comfort level. Must be able to work within a cage-free grooming environment. Strong focus on safe, patient, low-stress handling. Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff. Grooming certifications are a plus. Must provide and maintain their own professional grooming tools and equipment.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position , with commission percentage determined by experience, knowledge, skill level, and demonstrated grooming ability. We are looking for a skilled groomer who wants to build a strong clientele and become a long-term part of the Pawsitively Perfect team.
